Mediation services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Minnesota Civil Mediations Act for Minnesota state court cases. Some other jurisdictions have similar requirements. Special forms are used to assure statutory compliance.

Arbitration services are provided in accordance with the arbitration agreement, the arbitration rules incorporated by reference in the contract or in accordance with the terms that the litigants set prior to the arbitration.
Format will be determned by the arbitration agreement or the parties, but will usually follow the usual format of a trial to a judge sitting without a jury.
Dave Sullivan will also provide ADR services as an Early Neutral Evaluator, Special Magistrate, Special Master, Referee, or other services contemplated by the Rules or agreed by the parties.
